WELCOME

Parker Tenants Association is a member organization for residents of Parker Towers in Forest Hills, NY.  We are an ally of management, but we are not affiliated with management.  Our intention is to make our community the best and brightest in the area.

Founded in 2023 as a non-profit organization, we provide a group voice in how decisions are made which affect the quality of our homes, on-site surroundings, amenities, maintenance, events, and more.

Leadership positions, Board membership, and supportive volunteer opportunities are available to operate the Association and collaborate.  Please Contact Us to inquire!

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

All residents are welcome to join the Association.  There are 3 levels of membership:  $6/month Premium Membership, $50/year Premium Membership, and Basic FREE Membership. 

PAID Membership includes for your entire household.  Funds are used to support the organization's efforts.  Think about it... for less than 1 cup of coffee per month, you can take care of your home in the best way!
